Ghost Crew Breaks is a live trading card breaking service operated by GhostCrew Cards. The platform provides break listings, spot purchasing, account functionality, offers, checkout, randomization references, replay references, and other related features.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to make purchases through Ghost Crew Breaks.

By using the site, you represent that:

• –you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• –all information you provide is accurate
• –your use of the site complies with applicable law

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

You agree not to:

Purchasing a break spot means you are purchasing entry into a live trading card break event and the right to receive the cards assigned to your purchased position under the stated break format.

You acknowledge that:

• –no specific card, hit, team, player, character, or outcome is guaranteed
• –assignment methods vary by break format
• –additional rules apply under the Break Rules and the individual break listing

Ghost Crew Breaks reserves the right to correct pricing, inventory, listing, product, image, checklist, formatting, and description errors. If an obvious error has occurred, Ghost Crew Breaks may cancel or adjust the affected order before randomization or fulfillment, subject to applicable law.

Orders are subject to successful payment authorization and fraud review.

Ghost Crew Breaks reserves the right to:

• –reject or cancel orders
• –limit quantities
• –request additional verification
• –hold or review suspicious transactions before fulfillment or randomization

For random-format breaks, once randomization has occurred and been verified, all sales are final except where required by law.

No refunds, returns, transfers, credits, or cancellations are required after randomization based on dissatisfaction with a team, player, character, spot, or digit assignment.

Shipping terms are governed by the Shipping Policy and any break-specific notes in the listing. Fulfillment timing may vary based on sorting volume, break volume, product type, holidays, staffing, and other operational conditions.

Ghost Crew Breaks may reference livestreams, replays, YouTube channels, timestamps, or related media for convenience. Stream times are estimates unless clearly stated otherwise.

Ghost Crew Breaks does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any third-party platform, embedded player, replay archive, or external media service.

Products opened in breaks are manufactured and collated by third parties.

Ghost Crew Breaks is not responsible for:

• –manufacturer defects
• –collation issues
• –missing hits
• –damaged cards from the manufacturer
• –checklist inaccuracies provided by third parties
• –redemption fulfillment handled by the manufacturer

You agree not to:

• –abuse, harass, or threaten staff or other users
• –interfere with the platform
• –scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the site
• –manipulate offers, listings, or transactional workflows in bad faith
• –initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes
• –use bots or automated methods in a way that harms fair platform operation

All site branding, logos, layouts, text, graphics, and platform elements associated with Ghost Crew Breaks are the property of Ghost Crew Breaks or its licensors, except for third-party trademarks, product names, and intellectual property that remain the property of their respective owners. No affiliation with any manufacturer or licensor is implied by descriptive use.

Ghost Crew Breaks reserves the right to suspend accounts, cancel orders before randomization, refuse service, block access, or limit participation where necessary to address fraud, abuse, operational risk, legal risk, or community safety.

The site and services are provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghost Crew Breaks disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the availability of any specific feature or third-party integration.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghost Crew Breaks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, loss of goodwill, or third-party platform interruptions arising out of or related to the use of the site or participation in breaks.

Ghost Crew Breaks may update these Terms of Service from time to time by posting revised terms on the site. Continued use of the site after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
